Summer Goodness

I love summer grilling and look for new ideas all the time but today I wanted simple. I'd purchased some chicken breasts (bone in) and brined them all day in a mixture of fresh rosemary, fresh bay leaves, salt, peppercorns, and chipotle chili powder knowing I'd throw them on the grill. I needed a glaze and found a recipe from Bobby Flay that did not let me down. It was peach preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, and finely chopped fresh jalapeƱo, salt and pepper. I actually cooked it in a sauce pan although the recipe did not call for it. I brushed it on the chicken in the last few minutes. I also brushed it on the corn I was also grilling....and muy bueno! It was so awesome combined with the smokey goodness from the grill!
